About This Loopy Link Love Thing…

July 20th, 2009

Here’s “Monday’s Motivator”:

“The greatest griefs are those we cause ourselves.”

-Sophocles

I like todays thought because it’s about the choices we make. It makes me stop and think about what I’m doing from day to day because these choices will affect my future… for better or worse. Have you ever thought about that?

We can stop the griefs that we cause ourselves by replacing bad actions with good actions.

Bad actions are the things that keep us “broke”… these are the things we need to stop doing. Good actions are the things that bring us “wealth”… these are the things we want to cultivate and turn into daily habits.

If your goal is to get more traffic to your website then you need to do the things that are productive to that end…

That spoken, I want to introduce you to my friend Peter.

An Absolutely LOOPY Offer From Peter Drew!

Tuesday- July 20th – My friend Peter Drew is releasing a new software he created.

I got a chance to try out this new software the other day and it is amazing! It’s so simple to use, which makes it completely “newbie” friendly. All you have to do is fill in a couple lines on a form, click a couple of buttons, and watch while the software does it’s stuff.

Peter will only be allowing a few people to access this software on Tuesday so your window of opportunity is very small… but he’s willing to give you some facinating details and a chance to try it for only $1… IF YOU ARE QUICK!

Don’t Miss This! It’s Limited To Only A Few People!

Acquire Mastery Over The Thing

July 13th, 2009

Here’s “Monday’s Motivator”:

“The achieve of, the mastery of the thing!”
-Gerard Manley Hopkins

Have you ever wondered how difficult it is to achieve mastery over a bad habit? It’s not easy!

What if it was 1 bad habit that was holding you back from doing the thing you want to do most? Could you identify it?

I ask because some people are not willing to look at themselves as being the one with the problem. They always want to blame it on something or someone else.

Take a look at what you’re doing… is there something there that’s counter productive?

For myself, my problem is communcating. I watch successful marketers communicate regularly with their lists and downlines, and yet I seem to have problems grasping that skill.

Offline, I communicate just fine, as I’m always told I’m very personable… I just find it difficult to be personable and consistent online. I recognize this as a fault within myself, but how do I correct it?

Once you’ve identified the bad habit, would you take steps to change it?

I ask this because many people, even though they know it’s their own actions that cause them to fail, will not take steps to change it.

Some people refuse to change because they’re lazy… they just don’t want to work at changing their situation.

Some people won’t change because of fear… they’re afraid of success, afraid that their friends or family will no longer like them, or they’re afraid of failure and possible ridicule.

It takes great courage to go out on the limb and reach for the fruit.

For myself, I’m still trying to climb the tree. Some how I get a hold on the trunk and get a few feet off of the ground, but then I loose my footing and slide back down the trunk. If only I could get high enough to grab that first branch!

Even though I may slide back down, people can see that I’m still trying to climb that big ol’ tree. :)

What does it take to get mastery?

This part is easy! You know that you’ve gained mastery over it once you stop falling down… once you can do it without thinking about it… once it becomes a habit!

How long does it take to get mastery?

That depends on the person. Some people are able to do so very easily… but for most people this will take time and a lot of effort.

How do you know when you’ve gained mastery?

They say that, if you can do it successfully, right on time, 21 times in a row, you have made it a habit… once you can do it without thinking about it… you have gained mastery of it!

Of course, if you slip and fall down, you have to start counting all over again… :(

One.

:P

True Riches

June 15th, 2009

Here’s this weeks “Monday Motivator”:

“Riches come in many forms – and most of them have absolutely nothing to do… with money.”
-Carey Martin

My riches come from collecting and creating. At TheTrafficExchangePortal.com I collect every traffic exchange I can. For me it’s fun. :o )

I’m working on the new upgrades for The Traffic Exchange Portal right now. Once the alterations are complete I’ll be able to turn my attention to updating PrizeHunters. (Yeah! I’m almost there.)
